COVID 19 UPDATE on shipping fee
We will not provide FREE shipping during this period until further notice. All product will update with $15 shipping fees for standard shipping 20 – 30 days.
Shipping time will be increase by 50% – 200% depending on country.
How do you ship packages?
Packages will be shipped by ePacket or other channel depending on the weight, size of the product and country. You can upgrade to express shipping to speed up the delivery by EMS / DHL / Fedex (7 – 11 days).
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 180 countries around the world. However, there are some location we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by location & custom clearance on your country. It is usually 7 – 12 days via Express, 20 – 30 days via Free shipping.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 10 days after making payment, please reply to your “Payment Order” email for info.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2 – 5 days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was shipped more than 5 days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
We always try to ship in separate package to lower the risk of being taxed and seized by custom.
Countries that we do not ship?
What about customs, tax duty, seizures?
The buyer is fully responsible for any tax that are charged by customs. In case of seizures, we may decide to re-ship the product(s), but this is decided on a case-by-case basis and is usually a one-time courtesy. We will however re-ship in the event your package is lost before reaching customs in your country.
